What we believe…
When my son was to change school and I visited open houses for different options, I got this insight, what did matter, was not the the fancy facilities, best grades or the best food, it was the way the teachers and persons around the students talked about their job. The ones I chose, introduced themselves with energy, they were smiling and seemed to like what they were doing in a genuine way. I remember thinking, this is where I want to put my kid to school, in a context where people thrive.
I think it should be the same way, when you choose who you want to work with.

you get to work with people who have experiences from over 20 years at agencies and working as consultants in dynamic settings. We have energy, our own engines that moves us forward. And we all feel love for the people and organisations we serve. We also like to challenge the given in the belief that we can do better.
We are co-creators, UX professionals, designers, researchers, coaches, facilitators, product owners and visionary souls.
Together we have worked in projects where change, communication and tech has been part of the transformation journey. We bridge between human needs and tech. We bridge between the silos and we bridge towards the future.
Our strongest weapon is to put ourselves in the shoes of the customer, their needs and their way of doing things. The human needs are always in focus.
